Installations is quite simple. There are two types of connections. One input and one output. The input, depending on the power regulator output, can be from 5 volts AC to 18 volts AC. This voltage can be provided from and AC wall transformer. Polarity is not a concern, since it is AC.
Figure 1 shows a diagram of the connections. Two connections are made to the input from the wall transformer. The output has two connections, positive (plus) voltage and negative (minus) voltage. The current rating for the transformer has to be at least 1 ampere continuous.
